Description We are looking for a seasoned IT Director to join our team in WESTLAKE, Ohio. This role involves directing and managing our IT services operation, overseeing budgeting and office operations, and ensuring excellent business processes. The IT Director will also be expected to exhibit a deep understanding of computer systems, their features, and integration capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct a Managed IT Services operation, ensuring smooth running and efficiency.

• Oversee business processes, management, budgeting, and office operations.

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of computer systems, features, and integration capabilities.

• Prove ability in IT planning, organization, and development.

• Present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.

• Motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Show expertise with all Microsoft Products.

• Utilize ConnectWise skills in the execution of responsibilities.

• Understand and manage business processes, budgeting, and office operations.

• Ability to present technical ideas in a user-friendly language. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT leadership role.

• Proficiency in using ConnectWise.

• Strong strategic and business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the proven ability to build, guide and maintain high-performing teams.

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure strategic planning and development.

• Excellent understanding of project management principles.

• Superior understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

• Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems.

• In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to IT.

• Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.

• Highly self-motivated and directed.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
