Senior Scrum Master - Warsaw

What does the successfull Senior Scrum Master do?

The Senior Scrum Master at Fiserv from Polcard will assist the team in planning their deliverables effectively and problem solving; will coach the development teams on the best Agile practices to produce high-value increments; and foster a culture of accountability.

What you will do:

• Design processes to continually enhance the operating model.

• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.

• Coach team members in Agile frameworks.

• Be the point of contact for external communications with various stakeholders and facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.

• Partner with the PM team to define goals, manage the backlog and handle new requests.

• Help teams implement changes effectively according to a Change & Release Management process and guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.

• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.

What you will need to have:

• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar faculty.

• Knowledge of software development cycle, Scrum techniques and artefacts as well as good knowledge of other Agile frameworks.

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.

• Excellent communication, leeadership and organizational skills.

• Polish language is a must.

• Experience or knowledge of Payment industry.

• Experience with a structured Change & Release Management process.
