YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Acting as the ESG Sustainability and Compliance beacon for SAP's Global Real Estate and Facilities Organization, your mission will be to drive sustainability efforts, focused on Environmental, Social, and Governance indicators within our real estate operations. You will play a key role in strengthening our commitment to ESG compliance and enhancing our approach towards sustainable real estate operations.

The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be:

  • Consolidating, monitoring and delivering comprehensive ESG reports aligned with global standards.

  • Developing and implementing effective compliance procedures and policies.

  • Maintaining accurate analysis and reporting systems for our real estate portfolio.

  • Driving process improvements and increased compliance across our global real estate operations.

  • Ensuring the organization's team is adequately trained and aware of sustainability and ESG issues.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A bachelors degree in environmental science, Sustainable Development, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

  • First Experience in ESG reporting and compliance in the real estate sector.

  • A thorough understanding of ESG reporting standards, regulations, and practices in sustainable real estate.

  • Experience in policy development, implementation, and sustainability reporting.

  • International and cross-cultural work experience.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Track records in value creation and innovation.
