Job description:

The Analyst Process participates in the analysis of pharmacy data related to product delivery, healthcare costs and service quality. This position supports projects and initiatives by providing data, statistics, and solutions to support decision making and meet customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Designs/develops/modifies/troubleshoots methods supporting business process analysis

  • Aligns process variables to reporting attributes; maintaining relationship between the core processes and reporting platform

  • Performs proactive and reactive analyses to ensure data integrity and opportunities for improvements

  • Participates in and supports multiple internal levels of management in the analysis and evaluation of initiatives, projects, and issues

  • Participates in efforts to implement ongoing process management mechanisms (process mapping, documentation, metrics, monitoring systems and process control techniques)

  • Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate

Required qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical area of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience

  • 2 years’ work experience in a role focusing on the analysis and evaluation of initiatives, projects, and issues
