Amazon AWS Marketplace - Program Manager in Virtual Location - California, California

Description

AWS Marketplace is looking for a Program Manager to join its fast-paced team. You will be responsible for ensuring that Customers & Partners can effectively leverage AWS Marketplace as a new and exciting channel for scalable and efficient, global growth.

In this role, you will partner closely with AWS Marketplace, APN and Field Teams, to ensure that our Partners can drive accelerated growth and efficiency to meet the requirements of AWS customers. You will also manage projects across internal and external teams to help scale, and effectively create and position programs that benefit the ISV, along with AWS customers and reseller partners.

We are looking for an individual with experience in program strategy, roadmap development, prioritization and getting things done. S/he should be a self-starter that thrives in ambiguity with the ability to influence multi-functionally and the willingness to roll up sleeves to operate in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is someone with a demonstrated history of successfully owning and managing large, complex problems and engaging with cross-functional teams, and numerous stakeholders up to senior levels, directly and through influence.

As a Program Manager for AWS Marketplace AMER, you’ll be expected to focus on envisioning, experimenting, creating and operationalizing programs that will impact the customers at scale. You’ll be responsible for anticipating bottlenecks, making tradeoffs, and welcoming an acceptable level of risk to maximize business benefit. You will own the execution and program management of strategic initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional work stream owners and reporting progress, updates, challenges, and solutions to leaders.

If you enjoy creating and managing programs that will have big impact on an organization, this is the role for you.

Work/Life Balance

Our team also puts a high value on work-life balance. Striking a healthy balance between your personal and professional life is crucial to your happiness and success here, which is why we aren’t focused on how many hours you spend at work or online. Instead, we’re happy to offer a flexible schedule so you can have a more productive and well-balanced life—both in and outside of work.

Mentorship & Career Growth

Our team is dedicated to supporting new members. We have a broad mix of experience levels and tenures, and we’re building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship. We care about your career growth and strive to assign projects based on what will help each team member develop into a better-rounded professional and enable them to take on more complex tasks in the future.
