As an Executive Assistant - Executive Office, you will be responsible in providing a high and consistent standard of administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Monitoring the GMs reporting emails and responding if required
Preparing communications on behalf of the General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms
Answering and routing incoming telephone calls
Responding to enquires for VIP clients at Park Hyatt Sydney
Organising and planning meetings
Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
Conducting or preparing any research that the General Manager or Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms may require
Qualifications:
Professional skills and qualities for the role are:
Well developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office, Outlook
Excellent verbal and written English
Strong time management
well organised with a strong commitment to maintaining a controlled working environment
Preferable knowledge of Travel/Hotel Industry
