Our health/wellness client is hiring a Digital Analyst to join their team. This position will be 40 hours per week (8am-5pm Arizona time) through the end of August or September with the chance to extend longer, or convert full-time down the road.\ \ The ideal candidate will be based in the Phoenix, AZ area and can join the team in their Scottsdale office Wednesday-Friday in a hybrid capacity, but also open to seeing fully remote candidates.\ \ What you\'ll be doing as a Digital Analyst:\ - Utilize analytical techniques to extract insights from user data primarily on the company\'s website - user engagement, conversion rates, retention metrics, funnel analysis ad performance metrics\ - Translate raw data into actionable insights that inform product strategy and development decisions.\ - Responsible for analyzing data, understanding user behavior and providing insights that drive product decisions\ - Assist the team in optimizing user experience, enhance product performance and achieve business objectives\ - Automate and deliver reoccurring reports\ - Execute analysis of ad hoc requests\ - Strongly understand user behavior through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
