JOB REQUIREMENTS: RN - Inpatient - Trauma & Life Support ICU - 31559 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 90% FTE, evening/night shifts to primarily include 7:00pm - 7:30am and 11:00pm - 7:30am with occasional 3:00pm - 11:30pm. Weekend and holiday rotation. You will work at University Hospital located in Madison, WI. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: * Join a team of REMARKABLE nurses that use compassion and teamwork to care for critically ill adult patients. * Work in a fast-paced ICU providing care to critically ill surgical, medical, and trauma patients in a Level 1 Trauma Center. * Be part of an academic medical center and be involved in cutting edge, evidence-based therapies and research studies to improve patient outcomes. * Become an expert in using advanced life support therapies including ECMO and continuous dialysis to care for patients. * Be part of a team that serves as emergency responders throughout the hospital. Preferred - Relevant RN experience Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact.
