In Century City, a growing Plaintiff Firm has teamed up with Robert Half Legal in their search for a Contract-to-Hire Intake Legal Assistant. This is a great way to get into legal and move up!

College graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply

Legal Assistant -Intake Coordinators

• Experience speaking and dealing with people (customer service, inside sales, call center experience)

• MUST be tech Savvy.

• Data entry and attention to detail

• Able to follow a script and are motivated to do more with the firm given time.

• Onsite 5 days/week

• Years of experience: 0-2+ years

• Law firm experience is not required.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
