Robert Half Systems Engineer in Lakeville, Massachusetts

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer in Lakeville, Massachusetts. The role involves ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our IT systems. You will be a crucial player in providing proactive support, troubleshooting issues, and exceeding expectations for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Build, configure, migrate, and manage client server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Provide proactive support and troubleshoot issues for assigned clients, becoming their trusted IT contact.

• Travel to various client locations across Southern Massachusetts to diagnose and resolve IT problems, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Utilize strong skills in server administration, network management, and Active Directory for efficient system management.

• Implement cloud solutions and apply troubleshooting methodologies to resolve any system issues.

• Use Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, and EO/IR systems to enhance system efficiency.

• Implement AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management to optimize system performance.

• Use HP and other technological skills to maintain and improve system functionality. Requirements • Possess a minimum of two years of experience as a Systems Engineer.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Dell Technologies.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems and AB Testing.

• Proven experience with Active Directory and Backup Technologies.

• Knowledgeable in computer hardware and configuration management.

• Proficient in handling and managing databases.

• Previous experience with HP technologies is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Willingness to continually update skills through professional development activities.
