Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Salesforce Coordinator to join our team and support our Salesforce administration needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests from the Sales team, and triage accordingly.

  • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce applications and functionalities.

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their Salesforce needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Conduct regular data quality checks and cleanup activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of Salesforce/Pardot data.

  • Provide training and support to users on Salesforce best practices, workflows, and processes.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and updates through Release Readiness webinars and Trailhead modules, and make recommendations for enhancements or optimizations.

  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of third-party Salesforce integrations and applications.

  • Assist with Salesforce Campaign setup, management of Campaign Members and end user Campaign metrics/reporting

  • Support and collaborate with the Salesforce team in managing user permissions, profiles, and security settings.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues independently.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.

  • Familiarity with Pardot (a plus).

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
