Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing support to JDF Operations, Marketing & Sales, QA/PD, and Customer Service by managing internal product information systems for finished product formula, product specifications, operating procedures, code dating information, packaging & palletizing systems. Implement and verify process control systems including statistical analysis for Operations and QA. Responsibilities: Internal auditor for Lab, HACCP, and Operations Maintain key components for Operational Equipment Act as specification superintendent for QA/PD for developing operations product/ingredient packets and systems. Provide technical support to Marketing and Sales Act as a liaison with PD, Purchasing, Operations, and Plant QA staff to implement process and product changes Statistical process control resource for Production and QA departments.
