Description We are in search of a meticulous Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Encino, California, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties for our clients, including processing payrolls, handling accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and monitor client cash flow.

• Manage accounts receivables.

• Process payroll across various platforms.

• Conduct reconciliations and carry out month-end close procedures.

• Prepare financial statements and reports as required.

• Manage quarterly and annual filings such as sales tax, city business licenses, 1099's, etc.

• Oversee accounting functions for 20+ clients.

• Utilize accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites to perform tasks.

• Carry out bank reconciliations and billing functions.

• Manage ADP - Financial Services. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook

• In-depth understanding of Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledge of Billing Functions
