We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our Sales Team at Allen Precision Equipment. This person will be responsible for continued growth and development of our existing customers as well as generate new customer relationships and develop ongoing trusted strategic partnerships with customers, dealers, vendors, and support services all involved in the sales process. Responsible for achieving ambitious revenue growth objectives through inbound/outbound calling, qualifying prospects/customers, and closing sales; all while closely collaborating with marketing, rental and service departments to field sales and support calls. Key Responsibilities: Sales of survey, engineering and construction related products. Manage and grow a customer base to meet monthly sales quotas. Develop key customer relationships. Communicate with customers, vendors and dealers in person, by phone or e-mail. Qualify leads for sales, service, or rental opportunities. Accurately enter orders and process invoices/payments throughout the sales process. Prepare equipment for customer orders. Update, register and configure. Work with management on marketing efforts. email blast, print ads and all advertising. Identify new sales opportunities via inbound lead qualification, outbound current customer outreach and prospecting. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the complete line of products and services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market and product trends. Effectively handle customer complaints, examine returned merchandise, and resolve problems to restore and promote good customer relations. Other duties as assigned.
