Position Title: Outside Sales Representative

Team and Location: Rhinehart Oil - Colorado Pay: Salary plus commission

Position Summary:

Provides outside sales, administrative and customer support for fuel and lubricant sales. Working with the existing Outside Sales teams, plus additional internal stakeholders as needed, this position will hunt new business opportunities, achieve sign-ups and ensure a smooth transition to our offering for new customers. They will also maintain excellent customer service for our existing customers, especially in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively seeks out sales leads through data mining, online searches, competitive and industry intelligence and leads from Outside Sales team. Follows up on these leads and qualifies opportunities. For qualified opportunities within a pre-determined annual volume range, works with customers and internal stakeholders to close sales Enters sales leads into Customer Relationship Management software, updates with progress and provides reports as requested.

Qualifications and Skills:

Demonstrated experience and success with the key points of the sales profession: Discovery Aggressive cold calling Asking probing questions Setting appointments Writing presentations Strong presentation skills Overcoming objections Asking for the business Closing the business Establishing and meeting customer service expectations Completing necessary administrative paper work carefully, thoroughly and on time Defending the business from competitors Demonstrated experience and success with lubricants, fuels and/or chemicals preferred; or, similar industrial, commercial or automotive-related products and service industries Positive attitude, polite with others Enthusiastic Well organized Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong sales pipeline management Team player, work effectively with all departments of the company Strong customer service skills Comfortable in service shops, garages, construction and energy field jobsite environments Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business Effective working in the field with limited office time required Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly A desire to win every day!
