What we need from you:

  • Can analyze and interpret the needs of our customers concerns and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions.

  • Can operate independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality is best-in-class!

  • Have an above average technical aptitude.

  • Previous New Car dealer training and experience is not necessary but will be considered an asset.

  • CDK dealer management system experience an asset.

  • Well developed communication skills - can effectively work and interact with other members of the dealership.

  • The ability to follow policies and procedures as mandated my manufacture guidelines.

  • Valid BC driver's License with a clean driving abstract.
