Philips Supply Chain Manager- Integrated Warehousing & Distribution in Best, Netherlands

Lead projects, enhance productivity, drive improvements and support our Magnetic Resonance business from an Integrated Warehousing and Distributionperspective.

Your role:

  • Drive productivity by managing daily operations to reduce overall Integrated Warehousing and Distribution costs while considering the end-to-end supply chain

  • Lead Integrated Warehousing and Distribution projects aimed at improving performance

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, enhancing operational efficiency and driving cost savings

  • Participate in cross-functional and global project teams to represent Integrated Warehousing and Distribution of our magnetic resonance business

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless execution of initiatives

  • Support the Magnetic Resonance organization from the Integrated Warehousing and Distribution side to ensure smooth execution of supply chain processes and contribute to new end-to-end initiatives

  • Conduct thorough analyses of costs, supply chain processes, performance metrics, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including carriers and internal partners, to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in various supply chain functions, including operations, project management, and change management within a global and geographically diverse company

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on process improvement, Integrated Warehousing and Distribution processes and strategic initiatives

  • Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve results by identifying and aligning shared goals, priorities, and commitments

  • Demonstrated success in leading and driving supply chain projects within complex and global organizations, enabling business growth and improved customer experience

  • Expertise in change management with the ability to lead and influence organizational change

  • Highly effective in leading conversations that influence and drive optimized decisions with multiple executive stakeholders, peers on the leadership team, and central teams

  • Confident in presenting own position despite resistance or unfavorable reactions

  • Committed and willing to take risks, make decisions, and escalate when needed to achieve desired business outcomes

  • Strong analytical skills to assess, frame, and drive data-driven decisions

  • Capable of leading and coaching the organization to create models for analyzing “what-if” scenarios for decision-making

  • Able to hold peers, partners, and self-accountable to commitments
