What you'll do...

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Staff, Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of product management principles and methodologies. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple large and complex product lines throughout their entire life cycle, from conception to launch and beyond. They will need to excel in communication, influencing stakeholders, and driving product innovation through design thinking. Additionally, a crucial aspect of this role is the ability to leverage data effectively in both business and product development decisions. The Product Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of associate, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their professional growth and development.

What You'll do:

• Understand the needs of the workforce and financial operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workforce planning and financial operations.

• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure that products align with workforce strategies.

• Collaborate with L&D teams to ensure that we have robust training strategy for our associates.

• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including senior management, finance, HR, and operations teams, to align product goals and meet organizational needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
