• Proven tow motor skills required
• Safe work habits, especially when operating a fork truck
• Great communication skills
• Ability to see the big picture as it pertains to the area and situation.
• Extreme attention to detail
• Basic computer skills

• Positive attitude - ability to recognize that the rest of the plant is our customer, and treat them as such
